Textile : Maintenance Engineer From 2023-09 To Current
Duties
- Designing new systems and equipment that enhance and increase productivity
- Implementing equipment modifications that improve safety and reliability
- Installations, commissioning and testing of new machinery
- Supervising and directing all maintenance operations
- Supervising cotton processing production
Prepare Maintenance and Plant overview report, reporting to the Managing Director
Manufacturing : Machine Operator From 2022-01 To 2022-09
Duties
- Operating cigarette-making machines, to be specific the Mark 9 Maker, Nano 8 Maker, GD-X2 Packer.
- Attending to all mechanical, electrical and electronics breakdowns on my machine.
- General maintenance and service of the machines, reporting directly to the Factory Manager.
Consumer Products - FMCG : Maintenance Technician From 2022-09 To 2023-09
Duties
- Attending to mechanical and electrical machine breakdowns
- Supervising maintenance team on breakdowns and machine service
- Preparing planned and preventative maintenance schedules
- Responsible for the Maintenance department Procurement system
- Preparing Production and Maintenance reports, reporting to the General manager
