- ravel to client locations to provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, printers, and other peripherals.
- Diagnose hardware and software issues and perform repairs or replacements as necessary.
- Install and upgrade software applications and operating systems.
- Set up and troubleshoot wired and wireless networks, including routers, switches, and access points.
- Ensure security measures are in place to protect client data and systems.
- Provide training and support to clients on the use of hardware and software systems.
- Document all work performed and maintain accurate records of client configurations and issues.
- Collaborate with other IT staff to resolve complex technical problems.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in technology and industry best practices.

- 5-10 years experience as a Field Service IT Technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems.
- Microsoft Qualifications is a must
- Familiarity with networking protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
- Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Flexibility to travel to client sites and work outside of regular business hours when necessary.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
