Job Purpose:    

  • To ensure that goods and services are purchased, quoted, costed and invoiced accurately.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Calculating Product Costing and Pricing using multiple currencies
  • Developing and frequently updating product price lists of the different ranges the company trades with
  • General financial admin
  • Quoting Customers
  • Invoicing Customers
  • Checking and comparing supplier prices to agreed pricing structures and previous invoices
  • Communicating with Sales and Operations team on a daily ongoing basis

  • Matric
  • Relevant qualification 
  • Min 5yrs experience as a Financial Administrator
  • High level of MS Excel experience 
  • Ability to become familiar with product specifications, uses & nature
  • Understanding of Consumer Products Pricing, how to structure selling prices based on competition / market Import/Export experience beneficial Freight / Logistics experience beneficial
  • Wholesale or Retail Experience beneficial
  • Attention to detail is of paramount importance
  • Good verbal and written communication skills is necessary
