Job Summary
- To support FSE’s with soft landing when they arrive in South Africa and assist them throughout their stay by ensuring no problems arise and to make sure all payments are done on time that relate to them and to assist the HR department with all HR related functions.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Administration
- Making provisions to ensure soft landing of new FSE’s
- Ensure that work permits are processed in accordance with Government regulations
- Assist in finding a new home
- Provide assistance concerning house issues i.e.- lease agreements, utility bills etc
- Assist with personal bank accounts (cheque acc/credit cards/ queries/ updates and related issues as well as closing of bank accounts when FSE’s leave South Africa)
- Assist with general medical queries i.e. claim submissions for payment or reimbursement, also make appointments when required.
- Assistance concerning education for entire family.
- Arranging telephone and internet installation at home if required.
- Assisting with new application and/or extension of passports, visas, driver’s license’s
- Facilitate with relocation and moving company.
- Payment of FSE related accounts.
- Any and all adhoc FSE administration requests
PA to MD
- Daily management of MD’s Diary.
- Facilitate travel arrangements for MD.
- Any adhoc and personal duties required by MD.
- MD’s personal expense claims.
Business Partnering
- HR Business Partnering for Sales & Marketing
- Conceive, Implement and facilitation of employee engagement activities on a monthly basis to boost employee morale
HR Administration
- Processing of invoices
- Filing
- Adhoc admin
