Job Description:
Doing a visual and dimensional inspection products after finishing checking the welds, filling in of job cards and paperwork ,working together in a team to achieve the targets
Roles and Responsibilities
Working with the Quality team, such as the Quality manager and Qc inspectors
Visual and dimensional checks on products (Cracks, miss welds, holes ect.)
Check welds and finishing quality
Filling in of jobcard after inspection
Working as a team with the other quality inspectors to reach targets
Reporting discrepancies and problems to the superior
Adhere to company guidelines and procedures
Able to work with a measuring tape

Conducting Pre finishing inspections
Low non-conformance rate on finishing
Overall low scrap ratio.
Report any non-conformance or scrap part to department head immediately.
Maintain production targets and minimum requirements daily.
General housekeeping at workstation
Timeous Completing of all relevant production documentation.
